Part-time office management/accounting clerk (m/f/d)

THESE TASKS SHOULD MAKE YOU HAPPY:

• Monitoring incoming and outgoing payments
• Ensuring timely payments
• Processing and organizing invoices (accounts payable/receivable) and
  other documents in preparation for posting by the tax office
• Close cooperation with the management and external
  tax consultants
• Preparing and assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and
  annual financial statements

YOUSHOULDBRINGTHISWITH YOU:

• Completed commercial training or studies in the field of
  accounting, finance, business administration or similar.
• Practical experience in accounting
• Confident handling of accounting software (preferably DATEV) and MS
  Office, especially Excel
• Independent and structured way of working
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility
