Customer Service B2B Key Accounts in Internal Sales / Customer Happiness Representative (m/f/d) part-time

• First point of contact for B2B customers
• Increasing the satisfaction of existing key customers
• Expansion of business relationships through newsletter marketing, cross-selling and upselling
• Management of the entire customer order process
• Optimization of coordination processes with internal/external stakeholders
• Customer exchange in an international context
• Complaints management

YOUSHOULDBRINGTHISWITH YOU:

• Completed training/studies in business administration or similar
• Relevant professional experience in operational customer service, ideally international
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and sales talent
• Knowledge of English (other languages an advantage)
• Reliability, ability to work in a team, independence
• Enthusiasm for our products and the baking world
