HR Manager (m/f/d) part-time

THESE TASKS SHOULD MAKE YOU HAPPY:

• Support with the creation and placement of job advertisements and
  application management
• Coordination of job interviews
• Maintaining and expanding our pool of applicants
• Assistance with the implementation of recruiting strategies and employer branding measures
• Responsibility for billing
• Cooperation with the tax and payroll office
• General administrative activities in the HR area
• Active involvement in shaping the corporate culture

YOUSHOULDBRINGTHISWITH YOU:

• Completed training or studies in the field of personnel management, business administration, psychology or similar.
• Experience in recruiting, labor law and basic knowledge of
  payroll accounting are an advantage
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills and an independent
  way of working
• Enthusiasm for dealing with people and interest in HR topics
• Flexibility and a positive, open-minded personality
