Außen knusprig, innen weich, von bunten Konfetti-Punkten durchzogen – unsere Funfetti Bakeable Strands machen jede Backrunde zum Highlight. Die Strands behalten beim Backen ihre Form und Farbe, schmecken nach feiner Vanille und sorgen dafür, dass selbst ein schneller Nachmittag in der Küche wie etwas Besonderes aussieht. 100 % vegan.
⚡ So einfach geht's
Du benötigst zusätzlich: 150 g weiche Butter · 50 g Vollei (ca. 1 Ei Gr. M) · 10 ml Milch
Backofen auf 180 °C Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen. Backmischung mit Butter, Ei und Milch ca. 2 Min. mit dem Handrührgerät oder der Küchenmaschine verrühren. Die Hälfte der Funfetti Strands per Hand unterziehen, ca. 8 Teigkugeln (je ca. 60 g) formen und mit ausreichend Abstand auf Backpapier setzen. Restliche Strands obenauf verteilen und leicht andrücken. Ca. 12–15 Min. backen und komplett auskühlen lassen. Fertig.
