Sugar, WHEAT FLOUR, WHEAT STARCH, emulsifiers: E 472b (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), E 477 (propylene glycol esters of fatty acids); SKIMMED MILK POWDER, raising agents: E 450 (diphosphates), E 500 (sodium carbonates); salt; thickener: E 415 (xanthan gum).

It couldn't be easier!
All you need for the sponge cake:
- 40ml water
- 5 eggs (size M)
Beat all the ingredients in a mixer or food processor for 10 minutes and the batter is ready!
For a sponge base, bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Done 🥳
