How high are the shipping costs?
Germany: €4.90 (free shipping within Germany from €45 purchase value)
European Union: €8.90 (free shipping to the EU from €60 purchase value)
Switzerland and UK: €10.90 (free shipping to Switzerland and the UK from €75 purchase value)
Rest of the world: €14.90 (free shipping outside the EU from €150 purchase value)
How long does shipping take?
Germany: 1-4 working days
European Union: 2-7 working days
Rest of the world: 5-14 days
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription by logging into your Happy Sprinkles customer account and managing your subscriptions there. Don't have a customer account yet? No problem! You can easily create one by clicking on the little man at the top right of our website or automatically at checkout. Important: The email address of your customer account must match the email address you used to book the subscription.
If you have taken out your subscription by direct debit mandate, simply send us an email with your cancellation request to info@happysprinkles.com.
The cancellation option depends on the subscription you have chosen. With the "Trial" subscription, you can cancel after the first box. With theEnthusiast" subscription, you can cancel after the 3rd box. TheBaking Lover" subscription can be canceled after the 6th box. Please note that we must always receive your notice of termination by the 24th before a new box is sent (e.g. the box will be sent on June 1st, if you no longer wish to receive it, we need your notice of termination by May 24th).

We want to inspire you with lots of creative recipes and show you all the things you can sprinkle with Happy Sprinkles . Together with many big and small baking bloggers, we have created great blog posts and put together their favorite Happy Sprinkles recipes for you! You can find the recipes here.
What are the baking boxes?
Recipes for current baking trends, lovingly developed by baking blogger Emma from Emmas Lieblingsstuecke. Everything you need, such as silicone molds, nozzles, colors and much more in one box. You'll receive your baking box every two months, so you never get bored of baking. Thanks to Emma's step-by-step instructions, nothing can go wrong with our recipes!
What are the baking sets?
With our baking sets , you not only receive a wide range of baking accessories, but also a recipe created by Emma from "Emma's Lieblingsstücke" to make a big splash with friends and family! All the special ingredients or tools (such as cookie cutters, silicone molds or Colour Mill food coloring) you need for this recipe are already packed in the set for you, so you can get started right away at home.
